Love the hat took way to long to actully to ship and shipping took forever and when I reached out to see if there was a delay on my order no one ever respond

Recived wrong item sent multiple messages and tried calling with no answer for over a week was finally told the problem would be resolved and it still hasn't been fixed poor communication skills but the stuff is nice if you get it
