Yes we are sorry for the screw up . We acknowledged it and put your hat you originally ordered into production. It takes a bit during the Christmas season to stitch hats when they are out of stock due to the mass amounts of custom orders that flow in. We do normally carry these in stock but the supply issues and our hat choices on the website we had to bring out inventory down to meet the needs of the extensive amount of choices. It’s coming we promise.
