I’m so sorry to hear this. We’ve used the same shirt brand for over 15 years and this is the first I have ever heard of this happening.
We always advise cold water and air dry for all of our shirts. They are pre-shrunk also when we receive them so I don’t know how this happened. The only time we do is when the customer uses warm or hot water and a warm or high dryer setting
