Everything was great, really nice quality bood, The only thing was that the hat size was off, usually when I get a flexfit extra-large it’s too tight but I got the 2X and it’s too big.
I am so sorry the hat fit differently. Most every time this happens is when you dry a different hat brand. We carry Pacific Headwear & Richardson in addition to our Flex Fit so those tend to run bigger or smaller depending on the band you ordered. ~Jen
